Warrior Quest

How to Play: Warrior Quest is an easy to play, but hard to put down RPG adventure in a similar vein to Pokemon and Dragon Quest. To begin playing, first give your character a name - this is important because when you finish your gaming session your score will be saved to our online international leaderboards under this name.

Getting Started: You begin Warrior Quest in the local town centre. Here you can enter the shop to buy Battle Cards with XP you have earned, or enter the tavern to talk with NPCs (non-player characters) and, from this location, launch the main map. The main map is the heart of Warrior Quest and from here you must hover your mouse (or Wii Remote) pointer over different locations, clicking on them to begin battling. To begin with you will only have a limited number of locations open to play in. As you progress, more of the map will open up.

Playing the Game: The main objective of Warrior Quest is to battle other Battle Masters in order to gain XP (or experience points) which can be used to purchase Battle Cards that will make your player more powerful. To begin with, your character will only have two basic attacks - melee and magic. Magic attacks, though more powerful, will drain your mana so you have to use them sparingly. As you battle you will gain XP - but don't worry, even if you lose you will still receive some. When you collect enough XP you can do one of two things. The first is to use these experience points to level up your character - this can be done after every fight. Alternatively, you can visit the shop and purchase Battle Cards which you can then deploy in battle - beware, you can only ever hold up to three Battle Cards at any given time and every time you enter a battle you can typically deploy no more than two cards.

Saving your Score to the Online Leaderboards: When you have finished your gaming session simply click the option that states "Submit Score and Exit". When you do this, your score will be submitted to our online leaderboard and you will be able to see where you rank against other players who have played this week, this month, and also your all-time ranking. How high can you reach?

Updates and New Releases: Warrior Quest is a continually evolving world and will periodically be updated to add new areas to the main map, along with new Battle Cards, enhanced story elements, and lots of other new features. The next update is due to go live in October, 2008
